Communication encloses report of operative John Green, who was sent to Welland, Ontario to identify a suspect arrested there believed to be William Love, wanted in connection with the murder of Thomas Gwyther. Green's report concludes that the arrested person was not Love, but a stone cutter named Maguire whose employer was willing to bail for any amount.
