Front entrance to Alfred I. du Pont School
Eight-classroom one-story brick school in New Castle County with auditorium and gymnasium. Front entrance is arched with a pointed pediment and is supported by four columns. Entrance is topped by a cupola.

The school was located on Concord Pike (Rt. 202) in Talleyville near Wilmington, Delaware.
Construction began on December 9, 1929 and was completed on August 7, 1930 at a cost of $111,656.21.
