#195 C-9 on the Franklin Map of 1930. Located in or near Ellendale, Delaware near present day Rt. 113, nortwest of Milton on Rt.16.
Construction began on September 13, 1922 and was completed on January 24, 1923 at a cost of $9,665.09.
