1953 Studebaker Commander hardtop
Written on back of print: 'Studebaker '53' stamped on back of print: 'Design Credit Raymond Loewy Associates 488 Madison Avenue New York 22, New York' note affixed to print: 'Low, sweeping contours of European styling are distinguishing features of the 1953 Studebaker Commander hardtop--lowest in height of any standard American-built automobile. The car is only 56 5/16 inches high. It has a wheelbase of 120 1/2 inches, and an overall length of 201 15/16 inches. Complementing its exciting style trend, the Commander series will have mechanical power steering available at extra cost. Ten combinations of basic colors will be available for two-tone finish of hardtop models. Release: Not Before January 26, 1953'
