Posey Tube, Connecting Oakland and Alameda, California

Posey Tube is the largest pre-cast sub aqueous vehicular tube in the world, passing under the Oakland-Alameda estuary it connects the Cities of Oakland and Alameda. It is 4,437 feet long and can care for 4,225 vehicles an hour. Considered one of the greatest engineering feats in America.'
