Correspondence, Thomas Draper to Henry du Pont, 1861-07-29
Draper provides a report of his militia company's strength and equipment. Draper's company was based in Felton, Delaware. Du Pont, as Major-General in command of the Delaware Militia, asked the commanders of the state's militia companies to make a detailed report on the status of their companies in his General Orders No. 1.
