Planes Must Be Tagged
Text on verso: 'Federal regulations now require all airplanes to be tagged if flying within the boundaries of the United States. Here we have the first plane to be tagged, at Bolling Field, Washington, D.C. At the left is William P. Mac Cracken, Jr. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Aviation and at the right, Clarence M. Young, Chief, Air Regulations.'
