These research reports were produced by Hagley staff and scholars beginning in 1953 for the purpose of developing its exhibits and interpretations. The reports focus on the industrial development of the Brandywine River Valley and surrounding area. They were produced from manuscript and secondary sources at the Hagley Museum and Library.
