The Story of Modern Home Comfort
Film about the importance of insulating your home. Framed by the story of a young newly-wed couple that is unsure about accepting an old house from a family member due to poor insulation. There are animations, demonstrations, and miniatures that help explain the science of insulation. The process of making "rock wool" insulation is detailed, both loose and batts. Safety concerns are addressed, ending in a demonstration of the insulations fireproof qualities. The film also shows skilled installation crews installing the rock wool using modern pneumatic techniques which do not effect the appearance of the home.

Raw footage of select people, customs, businesses, and architecture in two Iranian cities: Tehran and Isfahan. Notable sights include the courthouse of Tehran, Intercontinental Hotel, and Shah Mosque. Includes scenes of Secretary of State Henry Kissinger arriving in Isfahan for a diplomatic visit with Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi. Kissinger and the Shah can be seen briefly exiting a motorcade vehicle. Also shows US Ambassador to Iran and former CIA director Richard Helms meeting with Iranian officials at the Shah Mosque.
