Film presenting the POHWARO, or pulsated over heated water rocket, "the new low cost, reloadable booster for aircraft takeoff assistance" developed by Pilatus Flugzeugwerke in Stans, Switzerland. The engines were primarily designed to help aircraft takeoff quickly from short runways under severe weather conditions.
