E. E. Hendrick to Porter Battery Company
Hendrick requests information about their battery. He intends to purchase an electric automobile, possibly a Columbia Surrey. Hendrick requires a battery of sufficient capacity to run a surrey 150 miles with one charge on good country roads such as is found in southern California. He wants to know how many cells they might recommend, the weight and price.
