Written on verso: 'Matheson Silent Six Roadster on Riverside Dr., NYC, 1910. Matheson Silent Six Roadster of 1910, 1911, or 1912. All of these models were the same during these three years. This original print was taken on Riverside Dr. by Spooner and Wells, famous automobile photographers of New York, for publicity use. Mr. Frank Matheson recalls that Allan Kirby owned one of thse roadsters, which was known by the irreverent in Wilkes-Barre as 'The Box of Violets.'
