Part two of closing session of NADA convention. Includes introduction of featured speaker by NADA President, Phillip D. Brady, and full speech by Former Secretary of State, Colin Powell. During his speech, Powell largely focuses on his experiences as Secretary of State in the years following the September 11 Terrorist Attacks in 2001, and he emphasizes the need for the United States to remain a fundamentally open society.
