Description: A navy F2H-2P Banshee photo plane equipped with a forward firing aerial mapping and reconnaissance camera installed on its nose, lands aboard the aircraft carrier USS Essex (CVA-9). It banks in its approach, levels off, gets a cut from the landing signal officers, touches down and comes to a perfect arrested landing. This speed of the aircraft during approach is approximately 110 knots.
