Created for the Department of Housing and Urban Development's "Operation Breakthrough" project. Description
United States Navy training film for destroyer escort engine and motor room personnel during World War II. Educates the viewer on diesel–electric transmission systems and standard operating procedures for a ship's electric propulsion equipment. Produced under the supervision of the Bureau of Aeronautics for the Bureau of Ships.
