The building was sold to the Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company before its completion in 1882. This image shows the section of the building that runs along the corners of Susquehanna Street and Broadway.

The subjects include identified scenic views, railroad cars and passengers on the inclined planes, and multiple views of Mauch Chunk. There are views of the Lehigh Valley Railroad depot and the Mt.
