Rattlesnake Trail and thence over Point Lookout in the rocks on Christina Creek in present Wilmington. The monument reads, 'To the memory of the celebrated chieftain TAMENEND, once owner of this and all land between Neshaminy and Pennypack Creeks. These stones are placed at this spot near which an aged Indian called Tamany by the pioneers of Bucks County, was buried by white men about the year 1750.'

The monument, dedicated to the Lenni Lenape town of Minguannan, is near the London Tract Meeting House. The Lenni Lenape, led by Machaloha of the Unami group, later sold the land, which included the area between the Delaware River and Chesapeake Bay to the falls of the Susquehanna River, to William Penn on October 18, 1683. The site was marked by the Pennsylvania Historical Commission and the Chester County Historical Society in 1926.

Monument reads: 'Indian Hannah, 1730-1802. The last of the Indians in Chester County was born in the vale about 300 yards to the east on the land of the protector of her people, the Quaker assemblyman William Webb. Her mother was Indian Sarah and her grandmother Indian Jane of the Unami group, their totem the tortoise, of the Lenni-Lenape or Delaware Indians.' Erected by the Pennsylvania Historical Commission and the Chester County Historical Society, 1925.

A marker was erected to denote the birthplace of 'Indian Hannah,' (1730-1802) the last of the Unami Group of Chester County Indians, Lenni-Lenape or Delaware people. The marker was placed on land of William Webb, Quaker Assemblyman, protector of her people, in 1925 by the Pennsylvania Historical Commission and the Chester County Historical Society near the site of her birth.
