Cox plays Doc Hutton, the owner of a tiny popcorn and peanut wagon who needs to relocate his business. After seeing an advertisement for Ohio in The Wall Street Journal, Hutton calls the state's Director of Development, played by Dehner. The Director mistakes Hutton for the president of a large industrial corporation and invites him to visit Ohio. Hutton accepts, and the Director takes him on a lengthy tour of the state while describing the various benefits of moving a business to Ohio. Includes footage of several well-known Cleveland locations, such as John Carroll University, NASA's Lewis Research Center, and the Cleveland Clinic. Ohio Governor James A. Rhodes provides the introduction for the film. Production manager: Kay McCartney. Soundtrack performed by members of the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra.
