Recording of town hall style brief presentations summarizing what was said during conference. Bruce Miller, host, introduces each speaker before transitioning from WCVE television studio to location of conference. Senator John Warner and George L. Jones, state coordinator of state office of emergency and energy service, had the opportunity at the end of each segment to provide comments or ask questions. Speakers include Father F. J. Beardsley (past president, Richmond Community Action Program), Barbara Bitters (Virginia Citizens Consumer Council), Dr. Samuel P. Bowen (associate professor of physics, Virginia Polytechnic Institute), Dr. Leonard G. Bower (deputy director, American Petroleum Institute), L.
