- Description
-
Here is how a fabric processed with a water repellent will react toward globules of water. Not only is the design attractive in itself but it clearly shows the practicability of a water repellent treatment. Material processed with DuPont Aridex or Zelan durable repellent will give protection against rain and other non fatty liquids, without affecting in any way the nature of the fabrics to which they have been applied.

Garments of sheepskin suede treated with Quilon may be dry cleaned by ordinary methods, without special processing. Here, a DuPont chemist makes an experimental batch for test coatings.
